Unfortunately, I believe best buy only accepts computer returns within 30 days, for some other merchandise like digital cameras, and such its a 15 day return plus a 15% restocking fee. I cannot remember if the return for stuff like this is 15 or 30 days? Plus you have to have your original receipt.
However, You may want to call up the best’s buys store you purchased it from and double check their return policy, but I’m pretty sure you cannot return the item. However, you might want to ask if you can possibly do an even exchange, since it has only been 2 months. I’ve done that before, but only because the manager of the store was understanding and he said he would do exchange late as a one time courtesy. Sometimes, if it means that best buys will get more money out of it, then its really the managers call. However, they honestly don’t have to, but it just depends what the manager is willing to do for their customers.
best buy has a 14 day return policy on laptops. some stores dont charge restocking fee anymore. if your trying to return this laptop it depends 1st if it is still in their system and second if they are willing to help you. keep in mind that you prob wont get the amount you paid for for the the laptop.
