I am trying to figure out how to set it up so I can use the printer that is connected to the desktop through my laptop. I know you need to set up a network on the desktop and connect to it through the laptop, but I can’t figure it out. I have an emachines computer and a Toshiba vista laptop.

If i goes from my computer to his laptop? And I also tried connecting his laptop straight to my modem and unplugged mine.
